Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your orders via STANDARD SHIPPING UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS. The cost of shipping is based on (a) the shipping option you select when placing your order; (b) the total size and weight of your item(s), and (c) your ship-to address.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt. (Weekdays excluding holidays and weekends) Currently, there is a 5 USD Flat shipping fee for USA mainland orders. This is a standard economy shipping service. We ship from California. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST).
Our office hour is M – F 9: 00 AM~5:00 PM. Our office will be closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out the following business day. There may be an extended delay with the shipping and handling time during Holiday and/or Peak seasons.

Returns and Replacements
All of our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Items purchased within 30-days can be returned for a refund. Send a request to our Returns Department (please use our contact us form) Fill out the RMA form after the initial review from our representatives. Ship back the return product along with the RMA form.
Requirements for Returns
Must include a valid original purchase order number from Sanoxy.com, purchases made outside of Sanoxy.com must contact their seller for returns. All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents. Any returned products that are not in original condition and missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 restocking fee. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways. Refund processes could take up to a week after the items are received. We highly recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns). Sanoxy is not liable for lost or stolen packages during the transit of the return. A confirmation email will be sent once the return package has been processed at our facilities. Sanoxy 90-Day Warranty
Sanoxy offers a 90-Day Warranty limited manufacturer warranty on a majority of Sanoxy products. Sanoxy products purchased from distributors or resellers are not covered by the 90-Day Warranty This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defected. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.
Important Note: For purchases made on Amazon.com, eBay or any other online marketplaces, the warranty mentioned above may or may not qualify. Only products sold specifically by Official Sanoxy online store are covered by these warranties. Sanoxy products sold by any other seller(s) on these platforms will not qualify. *All terms and conditions for any and all warranties are subject to change under the sole discretion of Sanoxy Inc.
Sanoxy 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
All products purchased directly from Sanoxy are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. Who qualifies? The Sanoxy warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty. What qualifies? Only products that are purchased directly from Sanoxy are eligible for this warranty as other sellers/channels may offer different or altered warranties. The warranty does not cover the following: Normal wear and tear from daily use of product; Product was used for unintended purposes; Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product; Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance; Product is not genuine or not manufactured by Sanoxy; 3rd party purchases are not covered under Sanoxy warranties. How to submit a warranty: You must Ship or Mail back your original products with the Purchase order information and contact our customer support at [email protected]. for further instructions.
Including all of the information above in your package will help ensure prompt processing of your warranty claim. All of the shipping costs for sending back your item will be in the responsibility of the owner. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees are in the responsibility of the owner. We advise using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to Sanoxy Inc. Sanoxy Inc is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages. Once the product is received by Sanoxy, we will inspect the product (within 7-10 business days of receipt on average) to determine if the product is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Sanoxy, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. Sanoxy will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.
DISCLAIMER: All products returned to Sanoxy Inc will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be confiscated and turned over to Sanoxy’s legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of Sanoxy. Warranty Disclaimers: Sanoxy will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.
Sanoxy reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit Sanoxy product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain. Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner’s usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied, and this remedy may be repeated within 90 days or the remainder of the warranty. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order. Sanoxy reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at Sanoxy’s sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, Sanoxy reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to Sanoxy judgment and discretion. Excluding the express warranty provided, Sanoxy Inc, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Sanoxy product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.

Limitation on Liability: In no event shall Sanoxy Inc or its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, property damage, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Sanoxy Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Sanoxy Inc has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices, other personal property that are in the products, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of Sanoxy Inc and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties and conditions, and/or the disclaimer of some types of damages, so some of the above might not apply to you.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Luma late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your Luma order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returning Gifts
When returning a gift, a Luma Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from any Luma store, and online. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than an Luma Gift Card.
Returning Merchandise by Mail
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Luma order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for Luma to process your return.
